Samina says, “I made this by first creating a bias tube with the fabric. The pattern is traced from an old bias dress that still fits me. Some basic bias sewing processes apply: Use a narrow zigzag stitch throughout. Hang the dress for at least 24 hours so that the bias grain stretches as much as it will.
