Ordering
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days except holidays and weekends. When ordering whole yards and fractions (example 1-1/2) you will see the whole yards on one line and the fractions on a separate line. The fabric will be cut in one continuous piece.
Returns
We normally don't accept returns on cut merchandise. We take every precaution to check all merchandise before shipment. However, customer service is our goal. If you are experiencing a problem, please contact us within 30 days and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping
We are now offering free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more for U.S. customers only (this doesn't include U.S. Territories). Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped by standard rates only. Overnight and 2-Day shipping rates still apply. For orders less than $100.00 we offer USPS, UPS or FedEX shipping methods. Calculation for shipping fabric from a website is not completely accurate. We don’t know the exact weight of the fabric until it is cut therefore the shipping cost at checkout is probably high. We will adjust your account for the correct shipping cost. If you live in the area and would like to pick up your purchase choose “Local Pick-Up”.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship to our International Clients. Some countries will see a $0.00 amount in the shipping selection. We will contact you directly to discuss shipping costs.
