Eileen sent in this striking t-shirt in one of her best colors, orange! Eileen says "One of my recent makes is a long sleeve T-Shirt in Tangelo 11oz Rayon Jersey from Sew Much Fabric. The top was made using Vogue 9205 View C. It has an interesting neckline detail with six darts stitched on the right side of the top’s front. A design detail which gives you an opportunity to perfect your dart sewing! Personally, I like how a design feature can be created from a normally functional and unseen dart detail. To sew the garment, I used a Stretch needle (size 70), Emma Seabrooke knit stay tape in the shoulder seams and polyester thread (Roz will match your thread with your order!) I do not have a cover stitch machine, so I finished the sleeve and top hem with two lines of topstitching using my walking foot.
