This pleated stretch velvet is on trend for fall!  The pleats run horizontal (1/2" repeat) but you can cut this fabric crosswise so the pleats will hang vertical. The crosswise stretch is 50% and the lengthwise stretch is 30%.  Make a cardigan, camisole, or an A-line skirt.
