This fabric is a unique, standout Italian designer deadstock stretch wool. This lightweight fabric is woven from 4-ply virgin wool, where four fine yarns are twisted together to create a fabric with beautiful drape. Its textured surface, 15% crosswise stretch, and slight mechanical vertical stretch. The slightly open weave makes the fabric somewhat see-through, so you may wish to add a lining to garments that require additional coverage. Sew soft wide-leg pants, a little black dress, skirts, and modern separates.
